Cabinet Order Assurance
Your second set of eyes before the factory sees it.
Even the best designers can miss a detail when staring at 2020 all day. One overlooked finished end, wrong hinge spec, or missing appliance clearance can cost thousands of dollars, weeks of delay, and client trust.
That’s where Cabinet Order Assurance comes in. I’ll provide a professional, line-by-line accuracy check of your ready-to-order cabinetry package — so you can submit with confidence.
How It Works:
Step 1 – Book & Pay
Purchase Cabinet Order Assurance. Your initial $95 payment secures your review slot and covers the first hour of review.
Step 2 – Upload Your Files
You’ll receive access to your Mydoma project folder. Upload your documentation there:
- Signed Cabinet Contract
- Applaince Specs (noting Standard or Flush Install)
- Cabinet Manufacturer Spec Book (most current version)
- Order Cover Psge
- Cabinet List
- Numbered 2020 drawings (floor plan + elevations)
- Special drawings or quotes
Step 3 – Review Process
I’ll cross-check everything against the spec book and contract, documenting any discrepancies in a clear Order FeedbackLog.
Step 4 – Receive Your Results
Within 3-5 business days, you’ll receive your customized log to finalize before submitting to the manufacturer.
Investment
- Cabinet Order Assurance is billed at $95/hour.
- The initial $95 purchase secures your review slot and covers the first hour of work.
- Most reviews take 4–6 hours depending on project size and complexity. Larger, more complex orders (70+ cabinet pieces, multiple finish orders, high-end appliance packages) may take to 8-10+ hours.
- After the review is complete, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance. The Order Feedback Log will be released once final payment is received.
Why Designers Love It
- Confidence that your order is accurate before it hits the factory
- Reduced risk of costly mistakes and re-orders
- A polished, organized process you can trust
- Peace of mind so you can focus on design, not data entry
